After walking into Mail Cabin for two days, I was ready for some low hanging fruit. We started on Teton Pass, and there were lots of parking places up there at 10am. Got to love early season skiing. In late December, you’ll be lucky to find a single spot after 7:45.
A lovely, sunny, windless day. We hit Bogota Bowl, a secret stash, and it was very good. Because it faces north and is protected from the normal southwest winds, the snow was soft and easy to turn in. Ski penetration: 12″.
